We are actively searching for an Estimator to join our Customer Service team. In this position, you will be responsible for using the ERP system to process requests for quotes calculating the cost of materials, labor, and required production processes that meet the customer, project, and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document all detailed costs, materials, and workflow required by other departments to ensure job and client expectations are met
• Understand the processes and flow of production and how the rates affect the final pricing
• Be able to discern which nesting options will provide the best quote
• Quote parts, based on the cost of materials, labor, and required production processes
• Verify that estimates have accurate quantities, cost, and processes needed to fulfill the customer’s order, while maintaining profit goals
• Work closely with customer service, purchasing, production, and inventory departments
• other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Job Estimating/Planning experience in a printing or promotional marketing business helpful
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Strong organization skills, impeccable attention to details and able to effectively manage multiple tasks while able to stay calm under pressure
• Conscientious self-starter
