Digital Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist – Saint Paul, MN

This position will specialize in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate digital marketing experience in generating leads, as well as strong communication skills. They will also demonstrate the ability to conceptualize and create content to support traditional and digital marketing efforts. 


  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, and individual research
  • Enhance lead qualifications by building sustainable lead generation processes
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Manage marketing automation tool, including
      • Sales training resources (enablement)
      • In-depth automated processes (workflow)
      • Deal management (Marketing ROI)
      • Data management (contacts)
  • Recommend innovation, sales support tools, and opportunities to improve processes
  • Create content relevant to specific product and service offerings
  • Create and maintain metrics reporting on lead generation efforts
  • Support internal communications and community relations efforts
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience 
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, Canva, and Adobe Suite
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those with other technologies
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong writer
  • Ability to manager multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment 
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
