Graphic Designer and Customer Support Specialist – Elkhart, IN 

We are currently searching for a Graphic Designer with the ability to focus on Customer Support throughout the life cycle of design to production.  In this role, you would be responsible for graphic design, layout, formatting, specifications of materials, and customer support. You would work closely with Project Managers, Customer Service, and Sales personnel. Remote work may be available for this position, but applicants should be in the Elkhart, IN or Saint Paul, MN area. 

Responsibilities

•  Development of images and concepts for a variety of creative projects in the RV industry
• Development of designs that meet specific functional, engineering, and budgetary requirements
• Reviews and studies photographs and illustrations to plan the presentation of material, products, or services to clients
• May attend client meetings with senior staff
• Assists prepress in the manner projects are to be executed based on information and instructions from the Creative Director
• Reviews final layouts with production in order to ensure manufacturability and makes changes as appropriate
• Prepares, marks up, and assembles final layouts for supervisor and client’s presentation
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in Photoshop
• Ability to research and translate design trends into graphic concepts
• Strong understanding of print production and manufacturing, specifically Inkjet and screen printing
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the RV Industry and/or CAD/AutoCAD is a plus
• Experience in sales is a plus
