This exciting opportunity will be one of the lynch pins of our ESG program. You will be responsible for helping define our ESG performance metrics, design and implement the collection of those metrics, and work with ESG ratings organizations on audits and reviews. A successful candidate will a self-starter, analytical, and strong communicator. Most importantly, a passion about ESG is a must!
What you will do
Perform analysis of energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions
Assist with collecting and tracking utility bill data
Communicate with production centers to collect ESG KPIs
Respond to ad-hoc requests from the client and external stakeholders
Manage and maintain multiple databases
Support with ESG reporting initiatives
Support engagement with ESG ratings and rankings organizations
Conduct a prioritization analysis at regular intervals to identify which R&Rs are most important to ELC
Partner with internal data providers and SMEs to gather and verify data
Conduct research and draft briefing materials, insights, and analyses regarding trends in ESG
Create summary slides and presentation decks, as needed
