Digital Print iCut Operator – Maplewood, MN

We are currently hiring for a Digital Print iCut Operator with hours 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and printing high quality products on the i-cut routing table and elsewhere.

Responsibilities

  • i-cut router table operator:
      • Helping load and unload print media
      • Hand cutting
      • Grommeting
      • Rolling
      • Boxing

  • Operates Gerber MCT cut machine

  • Operates pallet jack, two and 4 wheel dollies to safely move materials and supplies
  • Utilizes power and common hand tools needed to perform assigned tasks
  • Ensures daily housekeeping tasks are performed within the printing area
  • Performs general tasks as directed by appropriate managers
  • Observes all safety regulations covered in the Visual Impact Employee Right-To-Know (RTK), Forklift and Safety training programs

Skills and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED, and some post high school
  • Good basic computer skills for reading and completing work orders, specifications, schedules, company email.
  • High attention to detail – both paperwork and finished product
  • Good basic math skills
  • Skilled in use of measurement, using tape measure etc
  • Ability to perform physical work appropriate to loading and unloading raw materials, stocking, packaging, etc.
  • Walk, stand, bend, stoop, crawl, work on knees, push/pull up to 50lbs
