Leading Graphics Company Makes Key Acquisition

C2 Imaging, LLC, a newly formed affiliate of Vomela Specialty Company, announced it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of C2 Media, a leading supplier and designer of digital and screen printed graphic products and solutions including large and small format, point of purchase displays, murals, banners, in store displays and outdoor signage. The acquired business has 250 employees and in excess of $40,000,000 in revenues with significant sales and manufacturing operations in Manhattan, Englewood, Colorado, and Vancouver, B.C., and sales organizations and limited production facilities in Chicago, Houston and Falls Church, Virginia. Tim Wieland has been named President of C2 Imaging, LLC. Mr. Wieland stated “We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings the Vomela family of businesses. C2 Media has been a leading supplier to the retail, consumer products, fashion and entertainment industries for 25 years. We believe this acquisition provides existing Vomela businesses a wide range of new product offerings and similarly provides the C2 Imaging business the array of services and capabilities for which the Vomela organization is known.” Vomela Specialty Company and affiliates, with annual revenues of $110,000,000, is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and employs 600 people in 15 cities in the United States and Canada.
